As a highlight, we present the FOCUS-1 intelligent process node. Developed together with SAMSON, the device combines a valve, flow meter, pressure transmitter, temperature sensor and unique diagnostic and control functions. In the drinking water sector, it finds applications, for example, in the intelligent automatic filling of elevated tanks.
Inlets and outlets for flow measurements remain a hot issue: many applications do not offer the appropriate installation conditions to maintain the recommended or required straight inlet and outlet runs. KROHNE presents the appropriate "0D/0D portfolio" for this purpose, consisting of the WATERFLUX water meter, the OPTIFLUX for wastewater, and the AF-E 400 for auxiliary and supply circuits, which can be used without straight inlet and outlet sections.
For more flexibility and efficiency, we present the modular Water Analysis Panel, a multi-parameter measurement system for water treatment applications. It consists of individual modules that can be combined to measure dissolved oxygen, turbidity, conductivity, pH and ORP. Depending on the requirements, the measuring system can be operated as a complete solution or with selected individual modules.
Safety and efficiency also characterize our complete pressure measurement portfolio for water and wastewater applications, which features robust and cost-optimized transmitters, ceramic or metallic diaphragms, and overload-resistant and long-term stable measuring cells for relative and absolute pressure. This allows level, flow and pressure applications to be equipped from a single source.
